What we do with your inventory

Everything between the truck that brings it in and the truck that takes it out.

  • Receiving

    We count and inspect every inbound shipment against what you told us was coming, shelve it in scanned bin locations, and report the counts back to you, including what was short or damaged.

  • Storage

    Bin, shelf, and pallet storage sized to what you actually sell. You pay for the space you use, not the space we wish you used.

  • Pick and pack

    Every order picked to a barcode scan and packed the way you would pack it. Orders in before cutoff ship the same business day.

  • Kitting and bundles

    Gift sets, subscription boxes, inserts, samples, and launch kits assembled ahead of the drop so launch day is a pick, not a project.

  • Returns

    Returns received, inspected, restocked or set aside, and reported back the same day, so you can refund with confidence and know what's resellable.

  • Marketplace and wholesale prep

    FBA prep, retailer compliance labeling, case packs, and pallets for wholesale orders, built to the routing guide so they don't come back.

  1. Connect your store

    Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, Walmart. Orders flow to us automatically as they're placed.

  2. Send us your inventory

    Ship it in, or we'll arrange the freight. We receive it, count it, shelve it, and tell you exactly what arrived.

  3. We pick, pack, and ship

    Orders go out the same business day when they're in before cutoff, on the best rate for the box and the zip. Tracking posts back to your store on its own.

  4. You see everything

    Inventory levels, order status, and tracking, always current. And a person who answers the phone when something is weird.

Streaming studios inside the warehouse, built for selling on camera. You bring the host and the show. We run cameras, sound, lighting, and the desk, and your inventory is racked a few steps from the set. Sold items go into buyer totes while you're still live, so when the show closes, boxing and labels are all that's left.

  • Book a studio

    By the hour or by the show.

    Walk in with your host and your product. The set is lit, the desk is staffed, and the stream is tested before you arrive. Good for weekly shows, launches, and sellers trying the format before they commit to it.

    $65 an hourTwo-hour minimum, same rate nights and weekends. A four-hour show block is $220. Lit set, cameras, wired internet, a chat monitor, and setup help are included; product can arrive with you or be received in advance.

  • Keep a studio

    Your own room, month to month.

    The set stays up, your inventory stays racked beside it, and the schedule is yours. Built for sellers who stream most days and are tired of packing at 2 a.m.

Everything but the host. Bring your product and your personality; the rest is set up and tested before you walk in. The rooms were laid out by someone who has packed a Whatnot show at midnight.

How pricing works

Every line on the invoice maps to something we did. No setup fees, no long-term contracts, no charges you'll need us to explain.

Setup
$0. Shopify, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay, and the rest connect at no charge. No monthly minimum, no contract.
Receiving
$35 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Loose cartons take longer than palletized ones; you're billed accordingly.
Storage
$3 a bin, $10 a shelf, $30 a pallet, per month, for the space you actually occupy. We right-size as your inventory moves.
Pick and pack
$3.25 an order, which covers the pick, the pack, a standard mailer or box, and the first unit. Additional units are $0.40 each. Past 500 orders a month, the per-order rate drops to $2.95.
Packaging
Your branded boxes, mailers, and inserts are welcome and stored like inventory. If you'd rather we source them, we bill at cost.
Shipping
Postage at cost. Our carrier rates, passed through with no markup, and you see the label cost on every order.
Returns
$4 per return, inspected and restocked.
Live studios
$65 an hour with a two-hour minimum, or $220 for a four-hour show block. A dedicated room is $995 a month. A show assistant who runs camera and pulls sold items is $35 an hour. Orders from a show are picked, packed, and shipped at the same per-order rates as everything else.
Photo and video
$8 per SKU for listing photography, three angles on white, with batch pricing for catalog shoots. Video and clip cutting by the hour, with a quote up front.
Projects
$35 an hour for kitting, relabeling, FBA prep, and anything else that's a job rather than an order, with a quote up front.

Launch offer, first 90 days. Your first inbound shipment is received free (up to two hours), your first 30 days of storage are free, and there's a $100 credit for you and for every brand you refer. Studios: your first show is on us with two studio hours free, and a dedicated room is half price the first month.

Kestrelle is owned and run by the same team that owns Iron Lion Collectibles, a Colorado Springs shop that ships orders every day across Shopify, eBay, and Whatnot.

We know what a growing brand needs from its warehouse because we run one. Accurate counts. Orders that leave today. Someone who picks up the phone. Kestrelle is built to be small enough to know your products and sharp enough to ship them right.

Questions brands ask us

Is there an order minimum?

No. There's no monthly minimum and no contract. Kestrelle Micro is built for brands shipping up to 500 orders a month, and the per-order rate drops once you're past that. If you're just starting out, tell us where you are; we can usually make it work.

What's the cutoff for same-day shipping?

Orders in our system by 2:00 pm Mountain time ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day.

Which platforms do you connect to?

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart out of the box. If you sell somewhere else, ask; most platforms have an integration or a clean CSV path.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Domestic is the bulk of what we do, and international goes out through the same carriers with customs paperwork generated from your product data.

How do returns work?

Your customers ship returns to us. We receive, inspect, and either restock or quarantine each item based on rules you set, then report it so you can process the refund. Nothing goes back on the shelf without being checked.

How long does onboarding take?

Connecting your store is usually an afternoon. Once your inventory arrives, most brands are shipping within a week or two, depending on SKU count and how the product shows up.

Can we run our live shows from your building?

Yes. Kestrelle Live is our set of streaming studios inside the warehouse. Book one by the hour or keep one month to month, bring your host, and the orders from the show are on the truck at the next carrier pickup. The details are up the page.

Can I come see the warehouse?

Please do. We're in Colorado Springs, and we'd rather show you the floor than describe it.
